Too often, people hide behind the inevitability of natural disasters and war to explain the causes of food crises. Yet, these crises are mainly the result of policies implemented by governments. It is therefore possible, in a world of abundance, to bring an end to situations of crisis and to the intolerable sufferings they cause.
